As an Office Assistant, you’ll keep the school running smoothly—managing enquiries, coordinating events and maintaining organised systems. Be part of a supportive team that delivers excellent service to staff, students and families.
Salary Range: $73,725 full-time equivalent plus superannuation.
Employment Status: Part-time | 30.4 hours per fortnight
Eligibility: Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
Start Date: Term One, January 2026

About the Role
The Office Assistant provides essential support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the school’s daily activities. In this role, you will deliver high-quality administrative and clerical assistance to staff, students, and families, managing enquiries, correspondence, records, and office systems with accuracy and professionalism. You will help coordinate events, appointments, and resources, supporting both educational and operational priorities. As a key member of the administration team, you’ll contribute to a welcoming, organised, and service-focused environment that reflects the values and culture of the school.

Qualifications
- NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- First Aid qualification or willingness to obtain
- Hold a Certificate IV or equivalent relevant experience
