ABOUT THE COLLEGE
Creek Street Christian College has been an integral ministry of Creek Street Church in Bendigo since 1981. We are an inter-denominational, co-educational College offering education from Prep to Year 12, with an Early Learning Centre established in 2017 and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme introduced in 2021.
The College enjoys an excellent reputation and has experienced steady, continuous growth. ABOUT THE POSITION
Part-time Chaplain position available, commencing Term 1, 2026.
The successful candidate will have a heart for pastoral care and spiritual formation, with a desire to contribute meaningfully to the life and culture of a growing regional Christian College community.
Applicants must:
- Hold relevant qualifications in chaplaincy, counselling, pastoral care, ministry, or a related field (or be working towards these qualifications)
- Hold, or be eligible for, a current Working with Children Check
- Share and actively support the Christian faith and core values of the College
- Demonstrate a passion for serving young people and nurturing their spiritual, emotional, and social wellbeing within a school context
Excellent support will be provided to those appointed, including induction, ongoing professional development, and opportunities to be part of the College's pastoral and wellbeing team.
Employment arrangements are flexible, with support available for workload, start date, professional development, and relocation where needed.
