About You
As a Coordinator 2, you will inspire students through engaging, student-centered teaching within a Catholic learning environment. The Coordinator 2 position is a 2-point promotional role, temporary for up to 3 years, however your teaching position will be full-time and permanent. You'll bring:
- expertise in developing a K-6 Curriculum and the application of effective learning pedagogies
- strong classroom management & student well-being focus
- ability to create inclusive, rigorous learning experiences
- the ability to work collaboratively to build strong connections with colleagues
- proven ability to work positively to promote a growth mindset in a time of change
- a tertiary qualification in Education & NESA accreditation
- Religious Education qualifications or the willingness to achieve them as per Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach, and Lead.
