About You

As a Coordinator 2, you will inspire students through engaging, student-centered teaching within a Catholic learning environment. The Coordinator 2 position is a 2-point promotional role, temporary for up to 3 years, however your teaching position will be full-time and permanent. You'll bring:

• a demonstrated ability to use data to inform pedagogy and track student growth in order to create inclusive, rigorous learning experiences
• strong classroom management & student well-being focus
• ability to create inclusive, rigorous learning experiences
• commitment to inclusive, respectful, and student-centered learning environments
• ability to use data to drive instructional decisions, monitor progress, and refine teaching strategies
• ability to work alongside staff to build capacity, share best practice, and foster collaboration
• ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching to support teacher growth and reflective practice
• ability to champion student voice and agency in learning and wellbeing initiatives
• ability to model inclusive, student-centered leadership and encourage innovation in teaching and assessment.
• a tertiary qualification in Education & NESA accreditation
• Religious Education qualifications or the willingness to achieve them as per Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach, and Lead.
