Cleaner
We are seeking to establish a pool of Cleaners for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2026 school year and up to the end of Term 2, 2027. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.
Darling Range Sports College (SC) is a highly successful comprehensive Independent Public School with a student population of around 1050 and over 100 teaching and support staff. Darling Range Sports College first opened in 1975 as Forrestfield Senior High School and later transitioned to a sports college in 2008.
As an Independent Public School, we provide specialist sporting programs in Australian Football League (AFL/ AFLW), athletics, baseball, rugby, basketball, netball, soccer and swimming. Our teams train and play in our state-of-the-art facilities where athletes also have access to the strength and conditioning centre. These specialist sporting programs allow our students to work with elite coaches, and some programs provide students with the opportunity to travel interstate and internationally to compete in sporting competitions. The Role
As a cleaner you would carry out internal cleaning duties, including the maintenance of carpets and hard floor surfaces, toilet cleaning, furniture and fittings, window cleaning, dusting, rubbish removal, and other items of general cleaning. In addition to this, you would also carry out external cleaning duties, including the cleaning of verandas and covered areas, rubbish removal, cleaning of drinking troughs, window cleaning, removal of cobwebs, other general cleaning and other such duties as required by the Cleaner-In-Charge.
