## About the role

This temporary contract opportunity is a job share on Monday’s and Tuesday’s. You would be joining a strong collaborative team as you add value to our learning culture and environment. Our K-2 team value daily InitaLit, Investigations, Grow Your Mind (GYM), explicit teaching of Learner Dispositions (4Cs) and strengthening partnerships through engaging in Seesaw.

## Selection criteria

• Demonstrated excellence in delivering effective and explicit literacy and numeracy pedagogies that improve learning outcomes for all students
• Proven ability to engage in reflective practice and show evidence of ongoing improvement in teaching and learning
• Demonstrated skills in building partnerships with all stakeholders and promoting student voice for the benefit of learning and wellbeing outcomes
• Willingness and experience to positively contribute to and enrich school.
