We are seeking a full-time Finance Officer to join our team. This ongoing position is based at our St Kilda Road office and commences immediately.

Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, the Finance Officer will support Wesley College Melbourne and its associated entities by managing end-to-end accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing, payment runs, reconciliations, billing, receipting, and stakeholder queries across finance systems. The role also contributes to general finance operations, process improvements, system upgrades, and cross-functional support, while maintaining strong relationships and delivering timely, accurate financial outcomes

The successful candidate will have experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, excellent attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small team.
