Eglinton Beach Primary School (PS) opened its doors to the community of Eglinton at the commencement of 2025. We are an inclusive school with classes from Kindergarten to Year Six, along with an Endorsed Education Support Program (EESP). Eglinton Beach PS has state of the art facilities and an engaged, collaborate staff We are seeking to establish a pool of committed, resilient and highly motivated teaching staff, who prioritise strong relationships with the whole school community. The Role

Eglinton Beach PS are seeking staff who place a strong focus on their own professional growth and development and will be keen to continue to learn and grow with a forward-thinking team. Educators at Eglinton Beach PS should have an inclusive mindset and embrace the one school model where all educators have high expectations for all children in a highly inclusive environment.

Suitable applicants will ideally be collaborative and work in high performing learning communities, in an open, supportive culture. They will ideally display a growth mindset, where there is a commitment to team before self, solutions focussed problem solving, regular reflective practice and acting on feedback. They should prioritise the use of evidence-based teaching and learning programs and be committed to the development and implementation of Eglinton Beach’s agreed pedagogical framework, to establish and deliver programs and policies that progress student achievement in line with the Department’s strategic plan “Learning Changes Lives”.

Educators at Eglinton Beach PS will ideally display the capacity to use data and research to inform teaching and learning programs and embed differentiated practice to support all students. The suitable educators should build a blended pedagogy of explicit teaching and play and inquiry learning throughout the school and use ongoing formative assessment to give feedback to students and adjust the learning programs accordingly.
