The Role
As a Program Coordinator, you will work collaboratively with members of the Senior Leadership team to provide educational leadership within the school and the community. You will develop and promote the school's vision for academic success and encourage school staff, volunteers, and community members to share ownership of the school's vision and goals.
Using effective change strategies, you will ideally lead our inclusive education practices ensuring high-quality support for all students. You would be responsible for overseeing student case management, coordinating learning adjustments, and ensuring that support processes are aligned with school priorities and compliance requirements. The successful applicant will ideally contribute to strategic planning, maintain rigorous documentation and reporting standards, and lead the effective implementation of learning support plans across the school.
You will ideally work collaboratively with school leadership, teaching staff, families, and external stakeholders to ensure consistency and impact in support provision. You would oversee the management of identified students, coordinate Disability Resourcing applications, and support transition processes for students throughout the school. With a strong focus on communication and relationship-building, you would serve as a key point of contact for families, provide guidance on intervention processes, and ensure that student needs are met through evidence-based adjustments and continuous monitoring.

- be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or have a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of the appointment.
- hold registration with the Teacher Registration Board of Western Australia
- obtain a valid Working With Children Check before you start; and
- consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education’s Screening Unit before you start.
