  • Salary: School Officer Level 5 - $39.44/hour + super (School Salary Scale)

About the opportunity

In this position you will be responsible for:

  • Reconciliation of accounts
  • Cashier and banking duties
  • Accounts receivable, including debt collection
  • Accounts payable
  • Report preparation
  • Other administrative duties assigned as appropriate

About you

To be successful in this position you will bring relevant contemporary skills and experience including:

  • Proven ability to oversee and improve systems and resources
  • Strong understanding of financial legislation, regulations, and procedures
  • Experience in managing procurement and budget administration
  • Skills in developing and implementing effective financial management processes
  • Leadership ability to supervise and train support staff
  • Tertiary qualification at Diploma level in Finance or related field
  • For this position you are not required to be Catholic.

Eligibility and Safeguarding requirements: Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment. Hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement.
