About the Roles

We are currently recruiting enthusiastic, reliable and dedicated:

• EYFS Teaching Assistants
• SEN Teaching Assistants
• Primary Teachers (EYFS-KS2)

to work across a range of primary schools in Pontefract and nearby areas.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing
• Assisting with classroom activities, small-group work and 1:1 support
• Creating a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment
• Working closely with class teachers and school staff
• Supporting pupils with SEND, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech & language needs (SEN roles)
• Delivering high-quality teaching and learning (Teacher roles)

What We're Looking For

• Experience working in a primary school or childcare setting
• A genuine passion for supporting children's education
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Patience, resilience and a nurturing approach
• Relevant qualifications (Level 2/3 TA, EYFS qualification, QTS for teachers) - desirable but not always essential
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
