Are you a passionate and caring nursery practitioner looking for your next opportunity in early years education? Veritas Education is working in partnership with welcoming and supportive nursery settings across Leeds to recruit enthusiastic Nursery Practitioners for long-term opportunities within nurturing and engaging environments.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are committed to supporting young children during the important early stages of their development. The nurseries place a strong emphasis on child-led learning, wellbeing, and creating positive early experiences where every child can thrive.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play an important role in supporting children's learning and development within a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment. You will work closely with the nursery team to deliver engaging activities, encourage children's social and emotional development, and build positive relationships with families and colleagues.

This role would suit both qualified Level 2 or Level 3 practitioners, as well as individuals with previous nursery or early years experience who are passionate about working with children and developing their career within the sector.

What we're looking for:

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification preferred
• Previous nursery or early years experience
• Understanding of the EYFS framework
• Ability to support engaging and age-appropriate learning activities
• A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting child welfare
• Ability to create a positive and nurturing learning environment
