Your Responsibilities

As the Manager, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead and manage the delivery of People (HR) Business Partnering consultancy services to enable effective implementation of best practice human resource initiatives and ensure a future focus on continuous innovative business improvement.
  • Identify and manage effective stakeholder relations to develop and implement People (HR) Business Partnering activities and provide authoritative advice on policy and procedure.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the team to support the delivery of a variety of HR functions including; HR Business Partnering consultancy services, integrated strategies and initiatives and to achieve established goals and objectives.
  • Develop, coordinate and implement strategies to create better customer experiences and ensure People Business Partnering services meet the needs of the workforce.
  • Consult with senior management, and partner with the business, to identify and define the required people management activities associated with changes to achieve organisational transformation for a range of business areas
  • Lead the identification of potential risks and issues through data driven insights, and develop people focused strategies and solutions that support the implementation of human resource initiatives in response to new and evolving workforce needs.
  • Monitor stakeholder feedback, perceptions and manage initiatives to ensure outcomes and benefits are delivered on time and meet customer expectations.
  • Research, analyse and prepare complex briefs, reports, cabinet submissions, policy responses and briefings including for use at Ministerial and Director-General level.
