About the Role

As the Senior SAP Functional Analyst, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Assess logged issues and liaise with stakeholders to solve problems and recommend modifications to improve system effectiveness.
• Support the transition of enhancements and fixes (including testing) from the development & testing environments into the production environment in a seamless manner by understanding the impact of changes to meet customer business requirements.
• Contribute to the support and maintenance of the Department's Finance ERP SAP solution in accordance with strict information system standards and documentation requirements.

Key competencies and suitability for the role:

• Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
• Experience in analysing and solving business issues. Documentation and implementation of work procedures and system configuration.
• Attention to detail
• Strong customer relationship skills
