Step Into Your Next Chapter:

• Leading case management of students who require substantial or extensive adjustments including:
• NCCD coordination and data collection for these students
• Working closely with Inclusion and classroom teachers to plan and implement effective, reasonable adjustments for students with a disability, both in the classroom and at excursions, incursions, sport and camps
• Coordinating and providing intensive targeted teaching for students who require intervention, promoting a culture of inclusive practices
• Leading transition planning
• Coordinating and timetabling of programs which align with our Strategic Plan
• Work closely with the Principal, Inclusion teachers, budgeting and deployment and supervision of our skilled team of highly capable and dedicated Teacher Aides.
