The Role
The Curriculum Support Officer will provide administrative, reporting and timetabling support to the Principal, Operations Manager, Deputy Principals, and teaching staff. They will maintain and monitor a range of administrative and curriculum related databases to ensure integrity of school data, extract and generate reports, and provide data to the school administration team to enhance school operations.
High level Information Computer Technology (ICT) skills, including the ability to use spreadsheets to manipulate data, and relevant knowledge, understanding and experience of Integris, Compass and Reporting to Parents (RTP) will be highly regarded. Supporting timetable maintenance within Integris will be a key element of this role.
The Curriculum Support Officer will coordinate and support a range of internal and external processes. The complex nature of the role will ideally call for a successful applicant who is a hardworking individual with effective communication and interpersonal skills to develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The successful applicant should have exceptional organisational and time management skills and the ability to effectively work autonomously as required.
You would be part of a collaborative team that supports a range of operational and administrative processes, including parent reporting, data rollouts and uploads, course-specific individual reports, parent interview bookings, Online Literacy and Numeracy Assessment (OLNA) and National Assessment Program – Literacy and Numeracy (NAPLAN) scheduling, and administrative support for specialist program enrolments, including testing, trials, documentation and contracts, as well as other operational and administrative tasks.
