About our school
At Our Lady of Fatima Primary School, we strive to develop a faith-learning Community with Christian atmosphere in which all members share in the Gospel values. Help enhance the smooth operation of the school with your ability to provide exceptional support across a variety of tasks.

About the opportunity
In this position you will be responsible for:
- Manage enrolment tracking, processing, promotion, and enquiries
- Lead the enrolment process in line with the school’s enrolment plan
- Support marketing activities (Facebook posts, LED sign updates, flyers, notices)
- Liaise with local kindergartens and community groups
- Collate and distribute the school newsletter
- Provide first aid and manage student medication
- Staff the front reception (phones, visitor check‑ins, student reception)
- Provide general admin support (catering, deliveries, event assistance)
- Coordinate bookings via the Booked App, including parent–teacher interviews and support meetings
- Manage bus bookings for excursions and events
- Liaise with the School Crossing Supervisor and relevant authorities
- Coordinate parent permission forms for excursions, incursions, and events
- Oversee the Containers for Change program
- Provide support to the School Leadership Team as required
About you
To be successful in this position you will bring relevant contemporary skills and experience including:
- Having provided a wide variety of administrative and operational support
- Coordinating tasks to meet deadlines and commitments, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
- Advising on administrative tasks and processes, driving process improvements
- Understanding of compliance within a school and delivering on relevant legislation, policy and procedures
- Led and supported administrative staff, ensuring their smooth onboarding and providing effective training for optimal performance
- For this position you are not required to be Catholic
Eligibility and Safeguarding requirements:
- Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment
- Hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement.
