Key Responsibilities:

As a KS1 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and staff to support the academic and social development of students. Your key duties may include:

  • Providing support to teachers in delivering engaging lessons and classroom activities.
  • Assisting with lesson preparation, classroom organisation, and the implementation of learning plans.
  • Encouraging and supporting students in their learning, helping them reach their full potential.
  • Building strong, positive relationships with students to help them thrive academically and emotionally.
