School Administrative Roles - Primary & Secondary - Bradford

Are you an experienced administrator looking to make a meaningful impact in education?

We are actively recruiting full-time School Administrators for ongoing roles in primary and secondary schools across Bradford. These positions are term-time only, working Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm, with a starting hourly rate of £13.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing front-of-house duties including reception cover, greeting visitors, and handling telephone/email enquiries
• Supporting attendance monitoring, including daily registers and follow-ups
• Maintaining and updating pupil records using SIMS and/or Arbor
• Assisting with general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
• Supporting staff with communication and documentation needs
• Ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed at all times

What we're looking for:

• Strong administrative experience, ideally within a school setting
• Confidence using school systems such as SIMS and/or Arbor
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A proactive and professional approach to work
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service is highly advantageous
• Reliability and commitment to long-term placements
