Role Overview:

• Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain on task with pre-set work.

• Deliver lessons across a range of subjects (no planning or marking required).
• Support students with behaviour and engagement.

• Previous experience working with young people (e.g., in schools, youth work, tutoring, coaching).
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
