Teacher - Primary
We are seeking to establish a pool of Primary teachers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2027 school year. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.
As a foundation school, Alkimos North East Primary School has a unique opportunity to establish high expectations, high-quality teaching and a calm, predictable learning environment from day one. It will be a place where every student is known, challenged, supported and successful, built on strong foundations in literacy, numeracy, behaviour and wellbeing.
We will be guided by explicit instruction, low-variance teaching and evidence-informed, collaborative best practice, so every student has equitable access to high-quality teaching and every decision is guided by what will have the greatest impact on learning.
We want students to feel safe, regulate their emotions, understand routines and experience a genuine sense of belonging, surrounded by adults who know them, care about them and are committed to helping them thrive.
Families are genuine partners in this work. We are seeking educators who value strong, authentic relationships with students, families and the wider community, recognising that the best outcomes are achieved when schools and families work together. We aspire to build a connected school community where every family feels welcomed, respected and actively involved in their child's learning journey from the very first day.
We invite prospective teachers to attend our upcoming information session to learn more about the school's vision, teaching model and future employment opportunities. Whether you are an experienced educator, an emerging leader or an early career teacher seeking a supportive and high-performing environment, we would love to meet you.
To attend the upcoming information session, register your interest here.
