The Role

We are seeking teachers who are ideally exceptional and passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of students. Suitable applicants will ideally display that they are reflective, evidence-informed practitioners who hold high expectations for every learner and are committed to delivering engaging, differentiated learning experiences that maximise student progress. Equally important is the ability to work as part of a collaborative and high-performing team. We are looking for teachers who value professional dialogue, actively contribute to whole-school improvement, embrace feedback and are committed to ongoing professional learning. They should build positive relationships with colleagues, students and families, recognising that strong partnerships are essential to student success. At Floreat Park PS, we value educators who are innovative, adaptable and willing to contribute beyond their classroom to enrich the life of our school community.

Above all, we are seeking teachers who share our belief that outstanding schools are built through teamwork, integrity and a genuine commitment to helping every child progress.
