Job description: Manage the operations of the school office and co-ordinate the school administrative service and assigned resources. Provide authoritative advice and support to the Principal and senior staff on administrative, resource and service management. Develop and implement operational solutions to meet administrative service requirements.
The Team
Youngtown Primary School is a Kindergarten to Grade 6 school. We offer a comprehensive Launching into Learning Program for children aged from birth to 4 years of age. Additionally, we have the Lady Gowrie Childcare Centre, which provides before and after school care services for our families.
About the Role
Manage the operations of the school office and co-ordinate the school administrative service and assigned resources. Provide authoritative advice and support to the Principal and senior staff on administrative, resource and service management. Develop and implement operational solutions to meet administrative service requirements.
We are offering
- Ongoing - start date of 17 August 2026
- Full-time
- 73.5 hours per fortnight

Essential
- Current Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (RWVP) with a registration Status – Employment
Desirable
- Qualification or studies in relevant areas e.g. human resources, business studies or accounting.
