About you
To be successful in the role you will have:
- An innovative teaching style with demonstrated impact on student learning.
- Ability to creatively utilise outdoor learning spaces.
- A willingness to innovate, utilising new facilities and technology to create the best student outcomes.
- Well-developed communication, time management and organisational skills.
- A sound understanding of curriculum planning, implementation, development, and evaluation.
- A desire to motivate, engage and inspire students to Find Their Remarkable.
- Ability to develop positive and nurturing relationships with students in a high challenge environment.
- A willingness to support the Christian ethos of the College.
What we're looking for
- A teaching qualification and registration to teach in South Australia
- Demonstrated experience teaching Primary aged students
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students
- The ability to create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and a collaborative approach to teaching
