Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to students’ learning needs
• Support students’ academic progress and provide clear, constructive feedback
• Communicate with parents regarding students’ learning progress when required
• Work collaboratively with other tutors to support student outcomes
• Keep simple records of lesson progress and student attendance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Education, Science, Maths, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field
• Previous tutoring or teaching experience with high school students preferred
• Strong knowledge of high school curricula in Maths, Physics, Chemistry, and/or Science
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to fostering a positive and supportive learning environment
• Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) for NSW
• Eligibility to work in Australia (Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa)
• NESA accreditation or formal teaching certification is a plus but not required
