A successful and forward-thinking secondary school in Watford is seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join their SEN department.

This is a great opportunity for someone who's confident supporting students with additional needs and helping them succeed in mainstream education.

The role:

• Supporting pupils with a range of learning and behavioural needs in KS3 and KS4
• Working 1:1 and in small groups
• Collaborating with teachers and the SEN team to ensure all students can access learning

Requirements:

• Experience as a Learning Support Assistant in a secondary setting essential
• Understanding of SEN and differentiated learning strategies
• Positive, patient and flexible approach

Details:

• Location: Watford
• Pay: £95-£115 per day
• Full-time, long-term position

Ideal for someone with prior school experience who enjoys helping teenagers thrive both academically and personally.
