This is a permanent full-time position commencing ASAP
The Infrastructure Division has responsibility for the planning and provision of facilities (land, buildings and equipment), which includes land planning, student enrolment forecasting and facilities planning, strategic asset management, capital works programs, maintenance and minor works programs and provision of facilities related services.
The Role
We are seeking an individual who can adapt to change and work under pressure to achieve desired outcomes in a highly demanding environment, often with urgent and competing priorities. The successful applicant will provide administrative support to the Executive Director, Infrastructure and staff in the Office of the Executive Director which may include preparing and coordinating correspondence and briefing notes, travel and accommodation requirements, scheduling of appointments or managing enquiries and requests.
Within this role you will manage the office and administrative systems to ensure Divisional issues are efficiently and effectively met. Additionally, you will be required to gather background information on issues, assess priority, refer matters and follow up with the Executive Director or other staff members on behalf of the Executive Director.
