This is a permanent full-time position commencing Term 1, 2026.

The Role
Reporting to the respective Student Services Manager and Curriculum Team Leader, you will work collaboratively with the School Leadership team to provide an environment that nurtures the emotional, physical and academic wellbeing of all students. In collaboration with members of the Student Services team, the Year Coordinator will ideally provide educational leadership in the school and the community by developing and promoting the school vision and encouraging school staff, volunteers from the community and others to share ownership of the school’s vision and goals.
A high level of interpersonal skills and drive with the ability to establish and maintain networks, both internally and externally will be highly regarded. Additionally, the ability to effectively communicate to foster positive relationships with students, staff, and families with the goal to achieve the best outcomes for our students will also be highly regarded.
A large portion of this role will ideally require exceptional organisational skills, including the ability to manage time effectively, prioritise, keep accurate records and the ability to analyse data to inform future practice.
The successful applicant will ideally be responsible for planning, actioning, and reviewing aspects of the Student Services strategic plan, as well as developing strategies and programs to ensure engagement and improved learning outcomes for students. An understanding of Case Management and Multi-tiered Systems of Support is highly desirable.
