About You
As a suitably qualified Early Childhood Education and Care Learning Facilitator, you will be a dynamic educator, keen to engage and inspire our students and deliver a curriculum that caters for students with different learning styles. You’ll bring:
- the ability to deliver high quality, personalised training specific to the qualification
- the ability to support and supervise a group of vocationally focused students
- the ability to liaise with industry representatives whilst supporting the workplace learning program
- effective teaching/coaching skills
- a commitment to quality education and training and to sharing your industry knowledge with your students
- the ability to work as part of a team of trainer educators
- a commitment to the Catholic ethos of the College, the Catholic Church and the wellbeing of all community members
- experience in training and mentoring young people in an employment or educational environment (highly desirable)
- relevant industry qualifications in Early Childhood Teaching, Early Childhood/Primary Teaching 0-12yrs or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or be prepared to obtain).
