About Our School
STAPCC is a K-12 state-of-the-art Kindergarten to Year 12 college that provides opportunities for students to be known, valued and challenged for the 13 years of their formal education and beyond. About You
As a Senior First Aid Office (Level 4), you will be an integral member of the school community, you will demonstrate St Anthony of Padua Catholic College Austral's values and professional standards in interacting with students, staff, parents and the community. You must be able to demonstrate:
- strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills and ability to deal sensitively with students, parents/carers and staff when required
- excellent organisational skills including the ability to work effectively in a busy environment, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- experience with Compass or the ability to learn new systems
- the ability to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a team
- advanced computer literacy skills (MS Office and Google suite)
- accuracy and attention to detail
- proven ability to recognise confidential issues as they arise and to treat them with the sensitivity required
- a willingness to support the inclusive Catholic religious and cultural environment for students
- a willingness to perform other duties as directed by the Principal
- a commitment to child safety and providing high quality, student centred care
- a friendly, kind and courteous manner
- the ability to think clearly and to remain calm when under pressure
- a sound work ethic, organisational and time management skills
- AHPRA registration (current or former) as a registered nurse (desirable).
You will have attained:
- a current CPR and Senior First Aid certificate.
