This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in Early Years education while enjoying the flexibility to choose when they work. Whether you're available five days a week or just a few days, we have opportunities to suit your schedule.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you'll be supporting children aged 0-5 years, helping to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can learn, play, and thrive in line with the EYFS framework.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Previous experience working with children in a nursery, school, childcare, or similar setting (desirable but not essential)
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
• A caring, positive, and flexible attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A willingness to learn and develop within the Early Years sector

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting children's learning and development through engaging play-based activities
• Assisting with daily nursery routines, including mealtimes, personal care, and outdoor play
• Encouraging children's social, emotional, and communication development
• Helping to maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment
• Working collaboratively with nursery staff to meet the individual needs of every child
