Thallon State School is a small rural K–6 school near St George. We are seeking a Primary Teacher (Prep–6) for a dual role: 0.60 FTE at Thallon SS and 0.40 FTE as DRT. You’ll need flexibility, strong classroom management skills, and an understanding of the Simple View of Reading. Knowledge of Version 9 curriculum is essential, and multi-age and early years’ experience is desirable. The school has a close-knit, community-focused culture with around 15 students. Cluster planning days and leadership pathways (Band 5 Principal) are available. Sole tenancy housing is provided next to Thallon SS (special conditions apply).
