This is a permanent part-time (0.2FTE) position commencing Term 3, 2026

The Role

We are ideally seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic teacher with exceptional interpersonal skills, displaying a natural ability to communicate effectively and foster genuine relationships with parents, students, and colleagues. As a primary music teacher, you would promptly establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment, setting high expectations and cultivating a growth mindset, while nurturing students' social and emotional development. The successful applicant should ideally be motivated, possessing the ability to teach music and be knowledgeable of the Western Australian Curriculum. The school offers extra curriculum experiences that enhance the music program such as Senior Choir (Year 3 to 6) and participation in the annual Massed Choir Festival. The music specialist also supports our whole school assemblies, and community song selection for special events.

• consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education’s Screening Unit before you start.
