The Role
As a Network Support Officer, you would maintain the school’s Information Technology (IT) network to maximise both educational and administrative outcomes, within the Departmental asset management and security regulatory framework. The successful applicant would ensure the integrity of educational and administrative data through the implementation and maintenance of data security strategies.
The desired applicant should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills relevant to the operational maintenance of Information Technology networks. You will ideally have high organisation and time management skills as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills to maintain effective working relationships with staff and external members of the community.

Eligibility

- Demonstrated verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external clients.
- Demonstrated practical experience in developing and implementing user-training procedures.
