We are seeking to establish a pool of Generalist Teachers for fixed term, full-time vacancies which may arise during the 2026 school year. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

Ngaanyatjarra Lands School (NLS) are looking for committed and culturally responsive Teachers to fill a range of immediate vacancies in Early Childhood Education, Primary and Secondary.

NLS comprises seven campuses operating under the leadership of an Executive Principal, spread across the Western Desert of Western Australia and provides for students from kindergarten to Year 12.

The Role

We are actively seeking Early Childhood Education, Primary and Secondary Teachers who will support our school’s vision to provide education centred on the perspectives and aspirations of our Aboriginal students and their families. Suitable applicants will possess a sound understanding of cross-cultural education and the Aboriginal Cultural Standards Framework.

Suitable applicants will ideally have a personable and resilient nature that allows them to work in a flexible and supportive manner across the campus teams.
