The Role
As a School Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our school and will be responsible for completing administrative duties including greeting all visitors, answering the telephone, and responding to routine enquiries and requests for information.
The successful applicant should ideally possess the ability to prioritise tasks and assist others whilst liaising with a range of visitors, students, and staff. It would be highly desirable for you to have a good working knowledge of Student Information System (SIS), RM Billing, RM Finance, Human Resources Management Information System (HRMIS) and Compass.
You should ideally have strong organisational skills, the flexibility to move between tasks and the ability to effectively deliver outcomes while working to deadlines in a complex and fast paced environment.
