About You
As a Sport Teacher, you will inspire students to achieve their personal best and develop skills in physical education, teamwork, and wellbeing. You will bring enthusiasm, collaboration, and a commitment to inclusive, student-centred learning. You will bring:
- expertise in developing a K-6 Curriculum and the application of effective learning pedagogies
- strong classroom management & student well-being focus
- ability to create inclusive, rigorous learning experiences in PE lessons for K–6 students
- ability to organise and coordinate school sporting events, including swimming, cross country, and athletics carnivals
- ability to liaise with Sydney Catholic Schools Sport to facilitate student participation in Pathway Sports opportunities
- a tertiary qualification in Education & NESA accreditation
- Religious Education qualifications or the willingness to achieve them as per Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach, and Lead.
