About You

As a School Support Officer (Level 4), you will be an integral member of the school community, you will demonstrate Patrician Brothers College Fairfield's values and professional standards in interacting with students, staff, parents and the community.

To be successful for this role, you must demonstrate:

• supporting a Christ-centered education and an inclusive environment for students
• strong communication skills and ability to deal sensitively with students, parents and staff when required
• proven ability to recognise confidential issues as they arise and to treat them with the sensitivity required
• excellent organisational skills including the ability to work effectively in a busy environment and prioritise tasks
• experience working in administration, experience with CiA and/or Compass or the ability to learn new systems
• experience in data entry and providing curriculum and or VET support would be highly desirable
• ability to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a team
• advanced computer literacy skills (MS Office and Google suite)
• excellent written and oral communication
• accuracy and attention to detail
• ability to speak a language other than English would be highly desirable.

You will have attained:

• a Certificate III/ IV (TAFE NSW) or equivalent post-secondary qualification in administration, human resources, finance, accounting or equivalent.
