Step Into Your Next Chapter:

• Provide technical expertise in the design, configuration, and implementation of IAM solutions.
• Monitor and maintain the performance of IAM systems to ensure efficient and secure service delivery.
• Collaborate with project teams and business areas to support the integration of new applications into the IAM platform.
• Lead the deployment of IAM solution components across development, testing, and production environments.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures and knowledge base articles.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement to enhance IAM service delivery.

Desired skills:

• Experience with Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), SQL Server, Active Directory, Azure/Entra, PowerShell/C#, and Ping.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
