Are you a compassionate, skilled SEN Support professional looking to make a real difference every day? We're recruiting experienced SEN staff to work across a range of specialist and mainstream settings in Bradford, supporting children with complex and additional needs.

About the Role

We're looking for SEN practitioners who can confidently support children with:

• Autism
• ADHD
• Complex learning needs
• Physical disabilities
• Communication and sensory needs

You'll be working 1:1, in small groups, or within specialist classrooms, helping pupils access learning, develop independence, and feel safe and supported.

What You MUST Have

• Proven experience supporting children with additional or complex needs
• Confidence working with Autism, ADHD, and disabilities
• A calm, patient, and nurturing approach
• Willingness to provide personal care when required
• Ability to adapt quickly to different school environments
