Secondary Classroom Education Support (ESO) provides diverse learning support for students, especially those with learning/social/emotional challenges.
The Opportunity
Are you interested in working with and supporting senior students during their final years of secondary school? We are seeking an applicant who has a passion for assisting student learning and supporting them in their future pathways, both in the classroom, within small groups, and in a one-on-one capacity, starting Term 1, 2026.
This position is five (5) days per week, working 6.25 hours per day, during term time with limited school holiday work.
About You
You have a passion for education and student learning. This position would suit anyone currently studying a teaching degree or who has a general passion for ongoing learning.
You will be part of a dynamic and flexible learning environment that supports students with diverse needs and backgrounds. Encouraging students in their personal responsibilities, you will also contribute to the pastoral care of students' lives.
You possess highly effective communication and interpersonal skills in developing positive and collaborative relationships with students, parents, colleagues and the broader community.
