St Eugene’s College invites applications from highly organised, professional, and experienced executive assistants to support the Principal and Head of Campus of a large, dynamic secondary college serving over 1,000 students.
This is a key executive support role, providing high level administrative and operational assistance to the Principal and contributing to the effective leadership, governance, and smooth operation of the College.

About the opportunity
As the Personal Assistant to the Principal and Head of Campus you will provide confidential, professional, and proactive executive support in a complex educational environment. This role requires sound judgement, discretion, and the capacity to manage competing demands while working closely with senior leaders, staff, families, and BCE offices.
In this position you will be responsible for:
- Provide high-quality administrative support to the Executive Leadership Team, including correspondence, meeting agendas, presentations, data collation and minutes.
- Manage the calendars of the Executive Leadership Team, including appointments, meetings and interview schedules.
- Manage the Principal's email account, distribute correspondence to relevant staff and respond to enquires
- Coordinate leadership meetings and maintain OneNote platforms.
- Support compliance processes, including annual reporting, Blue Card and QCT registers, mandatory training checks, policy and procedure management, and government returns.
- Coordinate staff conferences, travel bookings, events and hospitality arrangements.
- Support recruitment processes, including drafting advertisements, preparing interview packages, arranging interviews, managing contracts, onboarding and offboarding.
- Assist with internal and external publications, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
- Maintain records, manage equipment distribution and support general office administration.
