This is an excellent opportunity for a strong Maths graduate who is considering a future in teaching or education.

Key Responsibilities

• Support teaching and learning across KS3-KS4 within the Maths department
• Work with students of mixed abilities, including high attainers and those requiring additional support
• Deliver 1:1 and small‑group intervention sessions to reinforce key concepts
• Assist teachers in preparing and delivering engaging Maths lessons
• Help create a positive, inclusive, and motivating learning environment

We are looking for someone who is:

• A Maths graduate (or a similar numerically‑strong degree discipline)
• Confident with numeracy and analytical thinking
• Experienced working with young people (schools, tutoring, mentoring, coaching - all welcome)
• Reliable, patient, and committed to supporting student progress
• An excellent communicator with strong organisation skills
• Passionate about education - ideal for anyone considering a PGCE or teacher training
