We are seeking to appoint an outstanding and experienced Teacher with a strong academic background to join our highly successful Mathematics Faculty. This is a full time ongoing position commencing in Term 3, 2026.

About You

As a Mathematics Teacher, you will work to ensure every student reaches their full potential through high-quality, collaborative and engaging pedagogy.

The successful applicant will:

  • support the mission and ethos of the Catholic School in the Clarion and Franciscan traditions
  • show highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • use creative and innovative teaching practices to provide a rich environment that caters for diversity and academic rigor
  • exhibit knowledge of emerging technologies and show the ability to integrate these to enhance contemporary learning experiences
  • be an innovative educator who is future-focused and has a passion for working collaboratively
  • be able to successfully integrate technology into everyday learning and planning
  • demonstrate the ability and qualifications to teach Mathematics from stage 4 to stage 6
  • utilise formative and summative assessments to drive student progress
  • employ a data-informed approach to setting challenging learning objectives and providing constructive feedback
  • demonstrate excellent classroom management skills focused on student well-being
  • provide evidence of a tertiary qualification in Education and NESA accreditation.
