We are looking for an experienced KS1 Teacher to join our vibrant and diverse primary school in the Wakefield area this September. This role is ideal for someone seeking a new challenge, who brings a fresh, positive personality and a strong commitment to helping every child succeed.

The Role

• Full‑time KS1 class teacher
• Delivering engaging, high‑quality lessons tailored to a wide range of needs
• Creating a safe, nurturing and structured classroom environment
• Working closely with colleagues, support staff and families
• Playing an active role in the wider school community

About You

We are seeking someone who:

• Has strong behaviour management and a calm, consistent approach
• Is experienced in KS1 and confident adapting to diverse learning needs
• Brings energy, creativity and a fresh outlook to their teaching
• Is resilient, reflective and ready for a new professional challenge
• Has excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Holds QTS
