Salary: $83,000 per year plus superannuation

Wattle Grove Long Day Care and Early Learning Centre is seeking two qualified Early Childhood Teachers to join our team. The successful candidates will deliver high-quality educational programs that support children’s learning and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement educational programs in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
• Observe, assess and document children's learning and development
• Foster positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
• Work collaboratively with educators and management
• Maintain a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment for children

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved or equivalent)
• Working With Children Check, Child safe training,
• Nesa registration
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification
• Strong understanding of child development and play-based learning
• Proven ability to develop and implement educational programs for children aged 0-6, following EYLF guidelines.
• Minimum 1 year experience working within the National Quality Framework (NQF)
• Leadership skills preferred or willingness to develop into leadership roles
