Your opportunity

As the Coach, you will:

• Lead and coordinate the coaching and mentoring of staff, develop collegiality and build a learning and development culture
• Assume a role within the Leadership team to develop and implement strategies, relating to targets set out within strategic planning
• Develop teacher capability and provide professional development that is needs based and provides on-going support for teachers
• Improve student outcomes by modelling quality teaching and/or programs across all year levels

This position is due to start 23rd March 2026 and will go for a twelve month period.
