We are seeking a dynamic, driven and relational Head of Department (Curriculum) to lead teaching and learning excellence across our school.

Step Into Your Next Chapter:
Teaching & Learning Leadership
- Lead enactment of the Australian Curriculum and whole-school curriculum overviews
- Oversee Curriculum, Assessment and Reporting Framework (CARF) compliance (K-12)
- Monitor assessment schedules, benchmarks and target performance
- Coordinate moderation processes
- Lead collaborative planning structures (explicit teaching, consolidation, data inquiry)
- Conduct walkthroughs and provide instructional feedback
- Lead the school's priority in the Teaching Of Reading
- Lead professional learning for staff
Data & Improvement
- Lead implementation of the school's Data Literacy Framework
- Drive strategies aligned to AIP benchmarks and targets
- Coordinate assessment and data collection schedules
- Analyse student achievement data to inform teaching adjustments
- Support NAPLAN coordination and preparation
Coaching & Capability Development
- Provide instructional coaching and teacher support
- Mentor beginning teachers
Support teachers with
- Student wellbeing and behaviour plans
- Classroom planning
- Risk management plans
