What you will do:

• Establish a new reception class, transitioning students from numerous preschools/kindergartens/Early Learning centres, collecting information about each child to ensure they are successful when starting school
• Develop and implement engaging play based learning opportunities tailored to the needs and interests of your students
• Establish positive relationships with families and connect them with the school
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support student achievement and well-being
• Maintain accurate student records and support individual learning plans
• Collaboratively work with an Early Years learning team to ensure consistency of practice in Literacy, Numeracy, South Australian Curriculum and IBPYP.
