Location: Bacup Contract: Temporary to Permanent (for the right candidate) Positions Available:

• KS1 General Teaching Assistant
• KS2 General Teaching Assistant

We are working with a welcoming primary school in Bacup that is looking for two dedicated Teaching Assistants to join their team. These roles start on a temporary basis, with the exciting opportunity to become permanent for the right person.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
• Working with small groups and individual pupils to boost learning and confidence.
• Assisting with classroom organisation and creating a positive learning environment.
• Encouraging pupils' social and emotional development.

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a Teaching Assistant (TA2 or TA3 level) or similar role.
• A genuine passion for working with children.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
